Recently the internet has seen a new trend called the ALS ice challenge. For those who don't know ALS, aka "Lou Gehrig's Disease" is a neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Eventually the person will lose the ability to move. Basically they slowly become a quadruplicate.
Recently the ALS foundation has come up with a challenge to raise money click "raise money" to donate. If nominated the victim has 24 hours to dump ice water in a bucket on them selves or donate $100.In the case of athletes most tend to be a good sport and do both. The victim then can nominate people to do the challenge. RG3 took part and posted a video.
