Redskins 2014-2015 Coaching Staff

  • Signed A 5 year deal for $20 million contract. He is guaranteed to coach for all 5 years and can't be fired. Has said he will be in charge of calling plays. Will build a offence around the "players strengths". Translation a hybrid of many offences. 
  • Sean McVay

  • The 27 year old will be in charge of coaching the QB's as well as coming up with the game plans with Gruden. He wont cal the plays during the game.
  • Jim Haslett

  • Was retained and will continue the use of the 3-4. Has openly said he would love to have back both Hall and Orakpo.

  • Will look to improve the NFL worst special teams ever.His previous coaching with the Jets indicated a great sign.
