Meet Offensive Coordinator Sean Mcvay

• Sean McVay (born January 24, 1986)  27 years old
• McVay began his coaching career as an offensive assistant with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008. The following year, he was the wide receivers/quality control coach for the Florida Tuskers of theUnited Football League.
• 2010 he was Hired as a offensive assistant for the Redskins
• in 2011-2013 he served as the tights end coach
• Played At Miami for 3 years as a WR 
• McVay's grandfather, John McVay, was the head coach of the New York Giants and general manager of the San Francisco 49ers.
• Earned Miami’s Scholar-Athlete Award in 2007.
